    1. Acceptance

    By using Banking Prep AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be 18 or older (or legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

    3. Account

    You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

    4. Content

    All content (questions, modules, flashcards, mocks) is the intellectual property of Banking Prep AI. Redistribution, copying or commercial reuse is prohibited.

    5. Payments

    Paid plans are billed per the chosen cadence. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.

    6. Acceptable use

    Prohibited: automated scraping, reverse engineering, competitor benefit, or any illegal activity.

    7. AI feedback

    AI feedback is informational and does not replace human judgment. We do not guarantee success in any selection process.

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    9. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by applicable law in the user's jurisdiction; venue may be specified by contract for paid plans.
